An Amazing Fortnight!

Science Week

Throughout Week Five, the Clever Caterpillars participated in a range of exciting science activities to celebrate Science Week. 

These included:

• A Science show

• Science competitions

• A tabloid afternoon

A BIG thank you to Mr Sanderson for organising a fantastic Science Week ☺

Book Week

In Week Six, the Clever Caterpillars participated in a range of integrated activities to celebrate Book Week. 

The activities included: 

• Drawing a portrait of their favourite book character.

• Delivering a 5 minute presentation about their favourite book character to their peers.

• Planning, designing and creating a story about a pirate.

• Completing a scavenger hunt with their buddies.

• Reading with their buddies in class.

• Painting posters for the excellent book week display by Mr Sanderson and his class.

On the 24th of August, the children dressed up as their favourite book character and participated in a whole school parade.

Congratulations to all the children on their fantastic costumes! I am very proud of you all☺☺☺
