An Amazing Term Three What has been happening in Room 7? What an amazing and busy Term Three it has been! We have presented an assembly, celebrated Wattle Day, shared our love of reading with book week and participated in a fantastic sports carnival! We have expanded our knowledge of punctuation and can now recognise commas, speech marks and when to use capital letters in our writing. In all our Big Write lessons, we are focusing on writing narratives that include an orientation paragraph for the beginning that describes the characters and setting with a sizzling start, a middle which features the problem, a series of events and a solution, before concluding with an ending to remember, not just they all lived happily ever after.
